About the Festival
The Karpaty Tango Festival is an international tango event gathering people, music, and emotions set in the unique setting of the Polsih Subcarpatian region. We are creating a place where tango becomes more than just a dance – it is a conversation without words, an experience of closeness and a meeting of cultures. It is a space where tangueros from Poland and around the world come together to share their passion, inspire, and create shared moments on the dance floor. While maintaining a high artistic and organizational standard, we do not lose what is most important in tango – authenticity, mindfulness, and true abrazo.
First edition
The first festival edition, held in Rzeszów in August 2025, proved to be a unique and very well-received event. Guests from all over Poland and abroad came to the city, creating a vibrant, international community. Rzeszów and the Subcarpatian region delighted attendees with their energy, hospitality, and dynamic development, leaving many eager to return. The festival was held under the Honorary Patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina, and the Ambassador honored us with her presence, expressing her interest in further cooperation and joint promotion of the region internationally.
